Grace's started with one goal: bring legit Neapolitan pizza to Glasgow's Royal Exchange Square — minus the stuffy rulebook. We're talking wood-fired bases, proper Italian flour, San Marzano tomatoes. All the traditional good stuff, but with room to play, experiment, and occasionally go a bit rogue.
That mosaic oven? Not just a pretty face. It hits 450°C and chars your base in 90 seconds flat. (Yes, it photographs beautifully. No, we won't apologise.)
